Week Three, March 28, 3:30 - 4:30pm: How Does Language Become an Instrument of Control?

How does language become an instrument of control? is an hour-long session of discussion and note-exchange centred around themes of language, discrimination and power. The hope of this gathering is to recognize systems of oppression that are manifested through language and to hold a safe space for exchanging stories and insights in the group.

All members of the Emily Carr community are invited to attend this in-person event.
