Filmmaker & performance artist, Xinwei Che, explores ways to expand time through the rhythms of clay and water. By working cyclically with the ground beneath our feet, she asks: Can we think of cracks as a necessary release of tension trapped within or beneath the surface? A rupture that allows new possibilities to arise?
