Solidarity Print Sale is a photography print fundraiser with the proceeds donated to Ukrainian organizations working on the ground in Ukraine. Organized by Alina Senchenko and Diana Hanitzsch with the support of local and international photographers and partners, this initiative is aiming to raise funds to help the people of Ukraine in this difficult time of war. The invasion of Ukraine is a global emergency and humanitarian crisis and support is needed now as well as in future.
This sale goes live online on Friday, July 8th accompanied by an exhibition with the selected prints at CSA Space. All photographs are unsigned and made on Epson Platine, a 100% cotton fibre paper (314 gsm) with archival pigment inks. They are 12x18” full bleed or with a border depending on the dimension of the picture. The work will be printed professionally at PrintMaker Studio once the sale ends and can be shipped worldwide even though we hope to gather many sales from local donors.
All prints will be sold at 125 CAD (excluding shipping) to remain inclusive to all, with all the proceeds (other than production cost) being donated to the Ukrainian organizations that are working on the ground in Ukraine: Voices of Children, Come Back Alive, Vostok SOS
We would like to thank all the artists for their generous donation of their work for this fundraiser. We also would like to thank our partners: PrintMaker Studio - Fine Art Prints and Presentation for printing, Cargo Site for providing website platform, CSA space for providing gallery space, Kasko Frame Works for professional fitting of artworks into supplied frames. We would not be able to do this without the strong support of the community, friends and family.
