Today? Tomorrow? Or was that yesterday?

Occupying digital realms more frequently and putting ourselves in situations we have never been in before has altered our sense of time and space. How has time felt for you this year? Slow, fast, timeless, or non-existent?

Submit your “(SOME)TIME” works for the Spring 2021 Issue of Woo!

As we grow older, we tend to have the urge to relive earlier times and visit future moments. Whether that means taking a trip down memory lane to the playground we would visit as children, or daydreaming about the fun we will have with friends years from now — reaching out to the past or future has served as a means for comfort, happiness, or laughter.

Sometimes, we can’t recall exactly when those moments happened. We remember those times in random bursts. What happened 10 years ago might feel like it was just yesterday. Something that is old may feel new. Does it matter when that took place? Time will feel different for everyone. (SOME)TIME is now. (SOME)TIME was in the past. (SOME)TIME is in the future. We look forward to seeing what you submit!

Students, faculty and alumni can submit as many pieces/series as they’d like. We encourage works from all disciplines.

Videos: We will be using stills for the publication; if you have particular images you would like to present, please attach them to your submission.
