Workshop – EndoPlaneto: Sound, Ecology & Science Fiction
Antoine Boucherikha & Anne Helou, XR artists in residence in the Basically Good Media Lab at ECU, will present their XR project "EndoPlaneto", which aims to explore the usage of sound in immersive media & environmental storytelling.
In this workshop, participants will discover how ecology, video games, and science fiction can intersect to create immersive and emotionally engaging experiences. Through the example of EndoPlaneto, a meditative and interactive experience, Antoine and Anne will share their creative workflow, combining sound design, interactive systems, and visual world-building. The session will explore how environmental storytelling and speculative thinking can inspire accessible, inclusive, and meaningful works that connect audiences to the living world.
