RBC supports alumni engagement with The Leeway

Posted on | Updated
The Leeway enables alumni, faculty and students to connect through a powerful platform.
RBC and Emily Carr University have a long history of collaboration.
Since 2000, RBC has supported Emily Carr University with many endeavors. From book publishing, to helping support our research programs, and the new Great Northern Way campus construction project as well as an Aboriginal Award Program, RBC has been of constant support for twenty years, and for that, we can never thank them enough.
Recently, RBC has contributed again toward the university by funding an alumni engagement tool called The Leeway enabling alumni, faculty and students to connect via a dynamic platform powered by Graduway. Alumni can connect by graduation year, discipline, creating relations or re-connecting with fellow and colleagues, but also contribute with mentorship activities supporting students and creating employment opportunities for graduating or current students.
The Leeway has already proven to be attractive to our alumni. In just a few hours, the alumni recruitment email generated over 100 registrations! This is only the beginning of what we think will bring our community closer than ever in a time when it is most needed.
