Update for U-Pass BC April Refund

Dear Students,

As some of you noticed, there is a $41 credit to your student account. This amount comes from the U-Pass BC for the month of April. It was given back to students due to COVID-19 (bus fares being free) and the decision to temporarily suspend the U-Pass BC program until August 31st.

For students returning for the Fall Term, the $41 credit will be transferred to be applied towards your tuition.

If you don’t see a $41 credit to your account, it is because you used your U-Pass BC in April more than the amount of the $41 U-Pass BC fee.

Refunds are being issued to students who have graduated or not returning for the Fall term. Please submit the attached EFT (electronic funds transfer) form along with a copy of a void cheque to ap@ecuad.ca If you have submitted your EFT information recently and it has not changed, you don’t need to submit it again.

If you are experiencing financial difficulty due to the suspension of the U-Pass BC program for the summer, please visit:

More information regarding the U-Pass BC for the Fall semester will be shared in the next few weeks.

If you have any questions, please email info@ecsu.ca

Thank you,
