As some of you noticed, there is a $41 credit to your student account. This amount comes from the U-Pass BC for the month of April. It was given back to students due to COVID-19 (bus fares being free) and the decision to temporarily suspend the U-Pass BC program until August 31st.
For students returning for the Fall Term, the $41 credit will be transferred to be applied towards your tuition.
If you don’t see a $41 credit to your account, it is because you used your U-Pass BC in April more than the amount of the $41 U-Pass BC fee.
Refunds are being issued to students who have graduated or not returning for the Fall term. Please submit the attached EFT (electronic funds transfer) form along with a copy of a void cheque to firstname.lastname@example.org If you have submitted your EFT information recently and it has not changed, you don’t need to submit it again.
