The ECU Library + Archives will be hosting a climate change exhibition in April 2023

The ECU Library + Archives is calling for members of the ECU Community (Students, Staff, Faculty) to submit works for an exhibition in April 2023. The theme of the exhibition will be responding to climate change through art and design.

We welcome work from all mediums including written work, sculpture, 2D art and media that addresses:

  • your vision of an eco-utopia,
  • your feelings about climate change,
  • how you navigate climate change through your creative practice,
  • or political engagement with climate change.

Please submit a statement of interest by email to library@ecuad.ca with the subject line “Climate Change Exhibition” by Dec. 5, 2022. Please include the following information in your statement:

  • Description of the work you plan to submit (medium, number of pieces, equipment needs).

  • Description of how your work addresses the theme of climate change.

We will respond to all applicants by the end of January 2023 to let you know if we are able to include your work.
