Dear ECU Library Community,

All items currently checked out will be due back on Friday, April 8th, 2022. Returns can be made at the Library Service Desk, or through the book drop in the hallway outside the Library if we are closed.

If you would like to renew items for use during the upcoming Summer semester, we ask you to visit us in person at the Service Desk, email, or call us at (604) 844-3840. If emailing, please include the title(s) of the book(s) in your message. Items can be renewed 3 times!

Don’t forget - all library items remain subject to recall if they are placed on hold by another requestor. For this reason we do not recommend taking books out of the city for an extended amount of time.

Also remember: The library is a fine free environment! We do not look to penalize any members of our community financially, however, if you fail to renew an item beyond the end of the semester, it will eventually be classified as lost. The cost to replace the item will then be added to your library account. That being said - we just want to get the item back, and we will gladly refund replacement fees if lost items are returned within a timely manner.
