Free, confidential, 24/7 mental health support is available for all students currently enrolled in a BC post-secondary institution.

Post-secondary life can be stressful. Maybe you’re fresh out of high school or coming back after a break. Maybe you’re a long way from home, trying to balance studying, working, finances and having a social life too. No matter your situation, it probably feels overwhelming at times.

The silver lining: you’re not alone.

The Government of BC has a free and confidential support service available to all students registered in a BC post-secondary institution. Here2Talk offers immediate, 24/7, multilingual mental health counselling and referrals, whether you’re taking face-to-face instruction, engaged in work-integrated learning, or learning online.
