IT Services for Faculty, Fall 2022

If you need an orientation or a refresher on the built-in AV equipment and AirMedia in the learning spaces, please book a time with our ITS staff before classes start by emailing ithelp@ecuad.ca.
Our team is also available to help set up an ECU Zoom account, myEC, Office365, email accounts, and help with computer issues.

The IT Services support portal is now online! You will find further information on all IT services and be able to submit a request for help from our ITS staff.
You can also drop by our IT Help Desk in room B1116 on the first floor, Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm.
