Alumni: Submit your work

We love sharing what our alumni are up to and what they’re creating.

Please take a look below for how we can support you best and follow the submission guidelines. Allow five business days for your submission to be posted or responded to. We cannot guarantee coverage of your submission. If you have any questions, please email us.

Social Media Coverage

If you would like to submit your event, exhibition or general artwork for coverage on the alumni social channels, please email us with the following:

  • a brief description of what you want coverage on
  • any relevant links to direct traffic to
  • your own social media handles
  • important dates or deadlines
  • square image that is minimum 1080x1080 px

Accepted content will be scheduled on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter unless otherwise specified by the submission. Alternatively, you can tag both @ecualumnirelations and @emilycarru on Instagram and the team will do our best to reshare your content.

    Newsletter Coverage

    If you would like to submit your event, exhibition, news or accomplishments for coverage in the ECUAA Newsletter, please email us with the following by the 1st of the month you are looking for coverage:

    • a brief description of what you want coverage on
    • any relevant links to direct traffic to
    • important dates or deadlines
    • a horizontal image (optional)

    Please note that the newsletter goes out bimonthly, and the 2023 calendar is January, March, May, July, September and November. We can share your information with the Communications team for inclusion in Emix upon request but are unable to guarantee coverage. For time-sensitive requests, we recommend social media.
