A family-friendly open studio on creating abstract patterns led by Leeway Studio Resident Amanda Wood.
The Leeway welcomes you to work with collage and mark making to explore the process of creating abstract patterns from the lived environment.
This family-friendly hands on drop-in open studio led by Leeway Studio Resident Amanda Wood will help participants discover a visual language as they work through simple and fun design exercises. Amanda will discuss how this creative process fits into her own practice and will show examples of her process from photographs, to collage, to textile work.
