Exhibitions Guidelines for ECU Community Members
Emily Carr University is home to an impressive series of exhibition
spaces where art and design are presented throughout the year.
These spaces include the Michael O’Brian Exhibition Commons (MOEC) + RBC Media Gallery. The MOEC + RBC Media Gallery are the spaces where ECU community exhibitions are presented.
Other exhibition spaces include the Libby Leshgold Gallery, Glass Corner, and the Urban Screen. Click through the folders below for more about the respective programming mandates of these spaces.

How to Exhibit Your Work
- Staff and faculty wishing to submit a request to show at the MOEC and/or RBC Media Gallery can find details on our Guidelines for Staff + Faculty Exhibition Bookings page. Please review our exhibition guideline
- If you are a student wishing to propose an exhibition at the MOEC and/or RBC Media Gallery, please visit the Student Exhibitions website for details or email studentexhibitions@ecuad.ca.
All staff, students, and faculty should review the Exhibitions Guidelines before submitting their requests.
