Reminder: Add Your Chosen/Cultural Name in MyEC

Hello! We want to be sure that we’re using your correct chosen/cultural name.

When you update your personal information in MyEC, it will automatically update in our Library system, as well as in Digital Wallet and many other ECU systems. Note that it may take a day or two for all databases to update properly.

HOW TO UPDATE YOUR PROFILE:

  1. Log in to your MyEC account.
  2. Select to the ‘My Links/My Account’ tab on the left hand side.
  3. Choose ‘User Profile’.
  4. Click ‘Edit Personal Identity’ and enter your chosen/cultural name.
  5. If you’d like your OneCard updated, request a replacement via the online form!
