Initiated by third-year student Lucas Wareing, BYOB is a live painting event where Emily Carr students will create and display their work - all within a 7-hour time frame.

The event takes place at the Backstage Lounge on Granville Island; 10 artists will be provided with a canvas, paint, and just 7 hours to complete their work! Artists begin painting at 2pm with the after-party and public voting starting at 9pm. Featuring music by Red Cedar.

Work will be displayed at the Backstage Lounge until March 24, and will be priced for sale, with all proceeds going to the artists. Artists include: Taralee Guild, Marc Paris, Chad Durnford, Kennis Chow, Luke MacBain, Lily Sky BergsmaRockenb, Neil Chung, Caroline Mousseau, Dylan Moore and Tony Tumutefu Yundan.
