The On Edge readings series presents:
Rob Budde

Robert Budde teaches Creative Writing, Contemporary Critical Theory and Postcolonial Literature at the University of Northern BC in Prince George. He has published six books (two poetry-Catch as Catch and traffick, two novels-Misshapen and The Dying Poem, a collection of interviews--In Muddy Water, and a book of short fiction-Flicker). In 1997, Budde completed a Ph.D. in Creative Writing at the University of Calgary. Most recently he edited and introduced a collection of poetry by the late Al Purdy called The More Easily Kept Illusions (Wilfred Laurier UP) and published a third book of poetry called Finding Ft. George from Caitlin Press. He has a book forthcoming from Book Thug entitled declining america.

This reading is free and open to the public.
