Emily Carr Faculty + Staff: Mayor's Arts Awards

The 2009 Mayor's Arts Awards were announced on November 12, 2009. Among the twenty-two established and emerging artist recipients of the awards, six come from the Emily Carr community.

Each year, a jury of peers convened by the Alliance for Arts and Culture nominates a local artist or community member in each of the thirteen categories for making a significant contribution to the creative life of Vancouver.
