Access Branding

A branding project done between Shannon Hofer and Hailey Kolenda. Our core design studio class was approached by Access to brand their upcoming Librarians Conference with the theme of open source. Taking in consideration the conference's theme, we worked with the concepts DIY and evolution for our branding.
Our brand incorporates the idea of giving the attendees of the conference the means to create their own logo iteration from the tools we provided. To do this, we gave them a pattern template within their logo, and made the template available in the program and on the website. Through a DIY approach and actively engaging the participants, we wanted to bring people together, embrace their innovation, and have our logo evolve over time.
