Petey the PFD (Personal Flotation Device)

In Canada, 78% of drowning victims were not wearing lifejackets or Personal Floatation Devices (PFDs).There is growing concern over this issue and indeed governments are considering making the wearing of lifejackets/PFDs mandatory. However industry and the general public would prefer a voluntary approach.

This is a final project for third year Core Design 2D Concentration in collaboration with Mustang Survival. Created with my group, Fiona Samson, Katie Blank, and Tia Blunden. We chose to make a short video clip to inform and educate audiences about the importance of wearing PFDs.
