This is a thesis project that I completed in Design Core during the fall 2011 semester. My thesis was :

" By building a conceptual identity for my mother’s knitted projects, I will reach independence. Through branding, I want to know more about my mother’s individuality not as a care provider, but as an independent woman of her own experiences and qualities. By learning about my mother’s past and present, I want to dis- cover my own true self."
