Nomadic Root: Design Exercise

description

Development of forms usually depend on many things. According to Charles Dobson, one of the ways to come to an original form is to clash seemingly unrelated things into one composition. In the experiment, I was combining Russian Pagan and Canadian Aboriginal cultures to come to a form I called “Nomadic Root”.

Nomadic Root is the final product of my idea about immigration. Once a person leaves his native land to become a resident of another, he acquires a second home. Thus, the person undergoes the inner transformation. I compared this transformation with the a development cycle of a frog.
