CEDR 168: Drawing Across Disciplines

As the essence of visual expression, drawing is capable of communicating different ideas and aesthetics while connecting diverse art practices at the same time. In this course, you will explore drawing as it is applied to various disciplines: visual arts, design, architecture, etc. Through a multidisciplinary approach, you will be introduced to drawing as a means of visual investigation and will develop your creative, perception, and observation skills. As you gain experience and confidence, you will begin to cross the boundaries of art/design disciplines while exploring personal creative preferences.
