CEGN 160: The Contemporary Comic

In this course, you will learn the necessary tools to tell great stories in the medium of comics by bringing together storytelling with illustration. Topics include text and image relationships, dialogue and character development, narrative structures, body language, passage of time, flow, perspective, and composition. You will learn to develop your own ideas from concept to final product, and have a draft comic on completion of the course.
