FVIM 324: Post-Production Sound

A sound production course designed for students primarily interested in sound for the moving image. The course explores advanced levels of studio techniques as it applies directly to film sound design. Through in-class lectures, demonstrations and workshops, students gain experience with the many aspects of post- production sound and music. Sound editing, design and composition, as well as the theory and practice of film sound are explored through student exercises and projects.

Priority is given to IMED students in Years 3 and 4. Students outside of the registration priority group may register/waitlist for this course as of the registration rule release date.

FVIM 314 Advanced Sound (can be taken concurrently)
