GSMD 622 S032: Thesis Proj Sem III-Dissem.
This course will guide students through elements and considerations that are key to the successful presentation and support of their research project both orally and through exhibition. Students will be introduced to tools and tactics that are used for reporting and presenting design and research projects in the academic peer review context - that help convey their thesis content in an honest, accountable, compelling and persuasive manner.

Robin Mitchell Cranfield is an illustrator and graphic designer specializing in illustrated books. Her studio specializes in fine book design for contemporary art galleries and for children.
Robin is the co-creator of the Windy series. In 2023 she released her fifth book for children, Wings, Waves, and Webs: Patterns in Nature with Greystone.
Robin’s work has been recognized by the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA), Kidscreen awards, and BolognaRagazzi. She holds a BDes from Emily Carr University and an MA in English, specializing in Print Culture, from Simon Fraser University.
