HUMN 304: Social Practice Seminar

This topic-based seminar focuses on contemporary issues in the emergent field of Social Practice. This course will develop a foundational understanding of current discourses around Social Practice, as well as critical awareness of the content and context of this field in relation to a wide range of issues and theories. This course will emphasize collaboration and community engagement. Students are required to undertake research, give presentations, complete visual projects, and write papers. Seminar topics will change each term, while key concepts, theories and histories will consistently be addressed.
