ILUS 312: Visualizing + Illustrating

As the torrent of information becomes a flood and its complexity constantly increases, the need for intelligent visualization becomes ever more acute. This course teaches students to develop visual expressions for data, processes, and relationships that can best be understood through images. Exercises and projects allow students to investigate information visualization in forms that are appropriate to information media.
