INDD 306: Electronic Design

This course introduces the principle that defining and designing user value is central to developing useful and useable electronic based products. Students will experience the creation of a product from concept to manufacturing in a hands-on project. Issues such as defining value-based products, interface definition and design intent delivery will be covered in a people centred design approach. Manufacturing techniques and key electronic technologies will also be covered. Students can expect lectures, interactive seminars and the pursuit of an electronic product design project.

Priority is given to INDD and INTD students in Year 2. Students outside of the registration priority group may register/waitlist for this course as of the registration rule release date.
