PNTG 200: Painting: Introductory
Introduces issues relevant to painting today and encourages the development of painting skills. Students acquire a basic technical grounding in the medium and develop an understanding of composition and representation. Through a series of assigned projects, students address a variety of contemporary and historical painting concerns. Classes combine technical workshops and discussions with individual and group critiques.
