SOUN 300 F001: Sound Production for Film+anim
This course offers theory and experience in sound recording and sound studio techniques for film and animation. Students gain experience with digital multi-track recording and mixing including foley, signal processing, studio routing, and microphone techniques. The course includes location recording as it applies to film production and live sound. Lectures, demonstrations, and discussions will be accompanied by a series of assigned projects. This course may be used to work on sound during the production stages of students' film and animation projects.
