WRTG 401: Senior Writing Studio

This is a senior studio writing workshop exploring the theory and practice of creative writing for students who have substantial experience in writing as a material practice. Students will develop the basis for a long term project, framed by research, that demonstrates their ability to work at an advanced level. Students will work toward developing a manuscript in the genre or area of their choice. Investigations into contemporary publishing practices will also be a part of this course.

Prerequisites: 

Completion of 81 credits including 6 credits of 200 or 300 level ENGL, HUMN, or WRTG
