During our third year core class we had an opportunity to have Vision Critical as our client. Our client provided us with their research on online users and the age differences between them. I combined this project with a portion of my personal work a bit. My idea was to represent youth within old. Sounds creepy! but that was not the point. The point was to show the fun and colourful side of Grandpa and how even he is changing over time and becoming more mainstream. During my initial research I came across to "Six Flags" grandpa mascot and did a simple illustrated version of him.

Though it started as a fun lazy time project of mine. Later I decided to use him in my school Info Graphic project about social media. Each info graphic tells a story. In this one it is a relationship between grandpa and the grand sons commnications and though sharing through online media. I was inspired by the "got milk" commercials for the typography. It kept the poster light and fun.
