Polyhedra is one of three collaborative projects that Neil McMillan, Katherine Pihl and I (Nicola Fuller) will engage in during Spring 2013. The project is a part of an internship with the lululemon lab in Vancouver, Canada. 

The goal was to design a compelling and engaging transformation of retail space at the lululemon lab. We were inspired by the words: "we connect, we create, we make" as a foundation for our exploration. We used the expression: "Do more with less" - R. Buckminster Fuller to challenge ourselves in the way we expressed our concepts aesthetically. We explored 3D and 2D space and design using primarily paper and tape. We were motivated to involve the public which we did by designing take-aways that encouraged participation. One of these was a DIY sheet that instructed the user to fold their own polyhedron. We also made buttons, business cards, and window decals that came together as our final piece.
