Explore user-centered design methods, themes and processes in relation to human behavior, physiology and psychology. Working collaboratively, students will engage concept development and problem-solving skills to integrate user-centered needs in the early stages of the UX design process. Learn to identify and explore intersections between the user and technology, the theory and practice of successful experiences, and the role of research findings to design decisions. Students will be introduced to persuasive design and customer experience design strategies, develop in-depth user personas, and identify opportunities for accessible design.
