I created a book, using only three typefaces: Garamond, Bodoni, and Gill Sans.
Chapter one: Garamond
As a reference, I looked at the Bible from early 18 century and tried to imitate the old, classic renaissance design.
Chapter two: Bodoni
To emphasize the elegance, feminine characteristic of Bodoni, I left a large margin around the text and used large letter space.
Chapter three: Gill Sans
A San serif typeface, Gill Sans, is designed by Eric Gill. Because it is a constructive, modern typeface, I played with juxtaposition to place it horizontally and vertically.
