To connect to Crestron AirMedia for wireless presentation in any of our classrooms, studios, labs and meeting rooms, please follow the instructions found here.

How do I connect to Zoom (HyFlex) when teaching in a classroom/studio/lab?

There are many ways to create your own HyFlex setup involving teaching over Zoom in one of our AV spaces. Please follow the instructions found here for one such example of a setup.

Alternatively, we encourage you to reach out to us directly to help you custom tailor your Zoom in the classroom setup.

How do I request technical support for my event/activity?

If you are Faculty or Staff and have booked an event or activity (on-campus, hybrid, or online) and would like technical support for it, please fill out the Technical Support Request Form.

How do I contact CTS for support and what are the hours of operation?

You can reach CTS between 8:00am-9:00pm Mon-Fri, and 9:00am-5:00pm Sat & Sun. Our phone number is 604.630.4559. University members may also submit a ticket to report a technology issue or request an orientation.
