Summer 2024 Undergraduate Registration

Term 1 runs from May 7 – June 22 and Term 2 runs from July 2 – August 17, along with courses offered in combined terms from May 7 – August 17.

Before you enroll, note that your year level for Summer Registration is based on your current year level as of Spring 2024. Most courses are not reserved for majors in the summer, but prerequisites are still required.

Review the following key items ahead of registration:

• Summer 2024 courses across the terms in Connect
• Special topic courses
• Summer 2024 Course Listings by Term. Most courses for summer are open to all students, with a few exceptions. Prerequisites for courses are still required. Term 1 courses are in pink, Term 2 courses in orange, and Combined Term courses are in green.

Summer Withdrawal Deadlines - Term 1

Term 1 Courses (May 7 - June 22)

Thursday, May 9
Deadline to add, drop, or switch Term 1 courses.

From Opening Day of Registration until May 9
Students will not be charged fees for dropping courses as long as they maintain registration in at least one course. Through myEC students are able to drop all but one course, and cannot drop the last course. That last course will require completion of a withdrawal form*. Dropping all courses is considered a withdrawal and students will be held responsible for 25% of the tuition of the one course and a grade of W will be assigned to that course, even if the course has not yet started. After May 9 there are NO REFUNDS for switched, dropped, or withdrawn Term 1 courses.

June 3, 2024
This is the last day for students to withdraw from Term 1 courses without academic penalty. There are no refunds for withdrawal requests received after May 9. A grade-neutral notation of W will be recorded on the transcript for withdrawn courses. Withdrawal requests received after the withdrawal deadline will result in a grade of F being assigned.

Term 2 Courses (July 2 - August 17)

July 12, 2024
