  • Alcuin Awards Poster
    2011

    The outline for this project was simple, design a poster for the Alcuin Awards hosted at Emily Carr University. The Alcuin Awards honors both 
    innovation and craft in book design. With this in mind I took inspiration from two very different places: Art Nouveau Book covers, and neon signs. 
    My aim was contemporize and hi-light the detail oriented nature of book design.

    2011

    Branding and exhibition design for Out of Print: Explorations in student e-book design. The theme of this show was how design could enhance narrative 
    in ebook design. This show centred on the advancements being made in the Communication Design Program in ebook and app design. 

     


  • Sushi Bang
    2011

    Sushi Bang is a restaurant located in Vancouver B.C. Taking inspiration from the hyper aesthetic and exciting culture of Tokyo, the identity 
    for Sushi Bang was made to feel fun, and colorful. The idea was to take Vancouverite's perception of Japanese and sushi culture and push 
    it to the extreme.
