My work centres around two main themes:1) The intersection between human constructions and nature, 2) The living world including humans. My working processes involve direct observational drawing and painting, off site painting, with occasional references to photographs. I am currently continuing work on the rollercoaster series and also beginning a series of figure works.
When I am working with students I am primarily focussed on both developing technical skills and creative responses to subject and their interests.
