    Glassy Vancouver was a third year typography project to brand the City of Vancouver. The assignment parameters involved creating a logo and using it on various print and online outlets. A branding book was also created to provide guidelines for appropriate logo usage.

    The logo was inspired by the book “City of Glass” by Douglas Coupland. It is meant to emulate the look of the city as well as represent the many facets and diversity that is Vancouver.

    Social Media Volunteering is a series of info-graphics based on statistical information about social media usage provided by Critical Vision.

    The graphics demonstrate the comparison between the frequency that users utilize social media platforms Facebook and Twitter, compared with the frequency those same users volunteer through a week.

    Mediate Art Group is a non-profit corporation founded in 1998 by Allan So dedicated to the production of innovative products, exhibitions and live events that showcase established and emerging artists in the San Francisco area.

    The project consisted in creating a brand identity for the organization that successfully represented the innovative, creative, and diverse qualities of the company.

    “Playing With Shadows” is a series of photographs that demonstrates creative use of light and darkness in pictures. It was a collaborative project between Estefania Hernandez, Heather Mitchell and Della Ma; the setting, lighting, and theme was designed by all members.
