Paying homage to the golden age of wood type, we had the opportunity of designing contemporary 17 in x 50 in wood type posters, in an Advanced Typography class with Peter Cocking. This typographic poster was inspired by musical sensation, Imagine Dragons' On Top of the World, and brings to light the colourful and uplifting landscape of the song piece. Situated atop an oceanic gradient, it has been designed to allow the eye to follow the lyrics through a deep sea journey.
