Inspired by a combination of foam figurines for carving into, articulating drawing mannequins and Lego, this building system was developed to promote woodworking at an age as early as six years old. The main components consist of wooden blocks and 3D printed plastic ball and socket joints that feature holes large enough for wood screws, allowing for scraps of wood or other materials to be attached beyond the standard included pieces.

The kit includes a single paintbrush, dust mask and special sanding blocks to start decorating and carving their toy. Sustainability is a large part of my values when developing new designs, and Would has so far become the most environmentally friendly product I have produced so far.

Whether the wooden torso is recycled, the plastic connections are recycled with plastic bottles, the cardboard is recycled with magazines or the screws are recycled along with cans, none of the ingredients in this kit will have to be discarded into landfills.
