PRNT-310

In this course students will produce colour prints using the techniques of intaglio and lithography. The class will be taught through workshop demonstrations and projects with a focus on the strategies and skills required to develop, register and print images from multiple printing elements. Class critiques and tutorial discussion will encourage the students' artistic development in self-directed projects in both mediums. Emphasis will be on the critical examination of the students' work, technical development and the exploration of contemporary ideas in print form.
