"Don't Be a Thug, Unplug" Music Video

       The goal of this project was to produce a minute-and-a-half long public awareness video focusing on environmental sustainability, with each submission placed on a Youtube.com channel for public consumption. This rap music video was a collaborative work created to draw attention to the problem of “vampire energy”. That is, appliances and electronics that consume energy, simply by staying plugged in.

       This small sculpture, titled “Unthinkable, Undrinkable” is a statement about consumerism. More specifically, advertising and its ability to mask and distort the world’s most pertinent issues. The polar bear exists today as a symbol of global warming’s detrimental effects on the animal kingdom.
