Compensation + Benefits

ECU is pleased to provide employees a comprehensive benefit package to eligible employees. Our benefit plans are designed with the continuing health and well-being of our staff and their families in mind and are an important part of the full compensation package.

The comprehensive benefit package includes: extended health coverage including optical care and out-of-country emergency medical coverage; dental; group life and accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) insurance; defined-benefit pension plans, and sick leave and long-term disability plans.

ECU also offers an Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) to assist employees and their families to resolve problems that affect their personal well-being.
