    Blockscape is a parklet concept for Vancouvers urban landscape. 
    Blockscape reclaims roadways to provide an engaging place for Vancouverites to sit, relax and socialize in high-traffic pedestrian corridors.     This project was paired with a solar powered charging station to be distributed in Kenya. The Solobox is a 4 track audio recorded that can record and playback sounds from various sources. The goal was to give the Kenyans something to improve their quality of life through fun and music making instead of simply providing a flashlight or radio.

    This kinetic architecture project was a collaborative project with architecture students from the University of Oregon. The end result was a hand powered lift designed for a loft studio space, capable of lifting up to 3 tons of material while simultaneously acting as a display platform for a gallery below. A system of water based counterweights are used to lift the desired weight.
