The On Edge readings series presents Hannah Calder and Gillian Wigmore.

Gillian Wigmore is the author of two books of poems: soft geography (2007), winner of the 2008 ReLit Award, and Dirt of Ages (2012). Her poems and non-fiction have appeared in journals and anthologies and been nominated for awards including the Dorothy Livesay BC Book Prize for Poetry and the Great BC Novel Prize. A book of fiction with MotherTongue Publishing and a book of poems with Brick Books are both forthcoming in 2014. She lives in Prince George, BC.

Comics enthusiasts take note! Now in it's third year, Emily Con is a one day celebration of local comic culture, including live panel discussions, artist demos and a participatory comix jam. Artists, writers and comic book creators will showcase their comics, zines and artwork.
