“Family Fit!” is a board game educating young children at the age of 5-7 years old to eat healthier, do some exercise, and appreciate their own body figure which will eventually decrease their likelihood of facing different kind of diseases such as anorexia, bulimia, and distorted body image. To be effective, this board game is expected to be played daily, thus the design of the board game resembles the clock. The game starts at “7” because 5-7 years old children usually wake up at 7 AM, and the game finishes at “7” since their activities usually end around 7 PM.
