This was my first attempt to try and weave the canvas in a circular pattern. I painted an image of a woman with arms outstreched from a 'birds eye' view, and then cut the canvas from the center of the subjects head in straight radiating circles. I then cut out another unstrectched canvas which I painted an very pale gold, and cut it in a circular strip after which I wove it through the existing painting.
